The team is hardworking, committed and sharp, and we all like to have a good time. He takes great care in getting to know each team member and is an approachable and hardworking leader, setting a great example for the entire staff.
Cons
The "work hard, play hard" mentality of many agencies rings true at MMGY. We process a large volume of client work, so if you're an applicant coming from another large agency and are used to only servicing one big account, you're likely to be thrown for a loop as we have most teams working on multiple accounts. Most like the diversity of the work, but some prefer to be more focused on one piece of business.
