An Advertising & PR Agency Living on its Past
Pros
Very talented and smart alumni group (most made up the former agency Ypartnership and YPB&R) who are long gone. The people who are still there after all the massive firings, layoffs and resignations are still very nice. On a positive note, there are lots of empty offices to choose from for new employees.
Cons
Since the agency was bought out by the Kansas City group, most of the smart, talented senior and junior people are gone. Most of the clients have left. The agency is literally 20% of its previous size. The PR Department which was the best in the travel industry has been dismantled. The media is a skeleton of its past. All the digital people are gone. 90% of the senior advertising account managers, creative teams and media managers have been fired. The new managers who were brought in are all lightweights who they could hire cheap, The work stinks. The new culture stinks. The pay stinks. The morale stinks.
