LOTS of resources, VERY POOR RESPONSE TIME

Pros

Potential for growth is definitely an option Company has financial stability and willing to spend money to improve the property They offer good benefits such as Medical, Vision, Dental and good rates at sister properties.

Cons

Not willing to offer competitive pay rates which makes it hard to attract or even retain talented employees. They have a VERY VERY poor response time when you reach out to HR about any concerns, and often, you may not get a response at all.

Pros

Free meals, Medical, Dental and Vision, 401K. During my interview I was told how much I would make per hour that way I could accept or decline based on my needs, I accepted. Not sure why MMI has 1 star, sounds like someone should seek employment elsewhere if they aren’t happy

Cons

There aren’t any cons, all of my expectations have been met in 3 weeks
