Pros
Nice coworkers and nice guests.
Cons
You get taken advantage of in every direction after giving your all. Abusive management. Hostile work environment. No career development. Double standards and favoritism. You get a "fake" raise only to get reverted back to sub-living standards. Don't do it! If you are looking for a hotel job, seek employment from Hilton or Marriott, companies that actually care about employee development, give reduced travel expenses, offer a non-hostile environment, and paying hard working employees a living wage (no under $15 is not a living wage on the fancy island of GA)! Warning to employees: this company preys on the work of immigrants and purposefully operates in the most poverty stricken areas of the US, with the #1 business strategy being to cut labor. They also replace front line managers with the best intentions in the snap of a finger just to save a buck. I would give zero stars if I could. Don't fall into this trap. Put your needs first and know your worth.
