LOTS of resources, VERY POOR RESPONSE TIME

Pros

Potential for growth is definitely an option Company has financial stability and willing to spend money to improve the property They offer good benefits such as Medical, Vision, Dental and good rates at sister properties.

Cons

Not willing to offer competitive pay rates which makes it hard to attract or even retain talented employees. They have a VERY VERY poor response time when you reach out to HR about any concerns, and often, you may not get a response at all.

Pros

I was really hoping there would be some benefits, but there are none.

Cons

Lack of communication, lack of consideration, lack of respect, no sense of urgency, lack of empathy… the list goes on.
