Pros

It was nice to have semi-flexable schedule. Really casual environment with little micromanagement. Really took care of the employees and their families especially at christmas time.

Cons

Upper management was incompetent. The owner had people working there that didnt deserve to work there. This was years ago so i am hoping by now that conditions are better.

Good experience overall at the firm I was at. Was put in various positiions such as notice to readers, corporate and personal tax, and audits.

Cons

None that I can think of. Good company if you are willing to put in the hours need during busy season.
