Pros

Not a lot outside of the people. Typical corporate infrastructure the top 2% make all the money and sit on their butt while the ones who actually work are paid miserably.

Cons

Too much to list this place is a prison camp

Pros

Good company. Great benefits and they treat those who work hard very well. There are a lot of good people there that are willing to help you move up if you're willing to do your part.

Cons

There is a low ceiling for their pay scales though. You can only climb so high, due restrictions in the industry, and a little bit of nepotism.
