I made a lot of life-ling friendships working here.

Cons

The higher up management and owners truly suck. The owners do not know what it takes to run a restaurant, and the upper management has become very much "friends of the company". Unless you are friends with them, you will not be moving up in the company. You get no assistance from upper management at all. You are offered no training, and if something goes wrong in the store your upper management will NOT show up to help you. One of the stores experienced a fire and none of the management showed up to deal with it. Many captains and crew members are expected to do more then they should have to deal with.
