Pros

You meet some great people, benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. work anywhere from 45 to 60+ hours since you're salary pay doesn't change. Took bonuses away so no incentive other than pride for your store to succeed. Mod has strong views which are also very political and are expected to support it in store whether your views align or not. Hypocritcal.

Pros

Free pizza and drinks on shift.

Cons

Toxic to employees that are leaving. HORRIBLE COVID procedures. Did not feel safe in regard to the pandemic. Felt as though my health and life was at risk when working there during the pandemic. Did not provide employees with masks & did not inform employees of the requirement to wear a mask. I received a 2nd-degree burn on the dough press and was told to "put a slice of tomato on it, you'll be fine" by my manager, I am now left with a permanent scar. Coworkers were hit or miss. Different managers had different expectations. Managers were not kind to employees and there was a power struggle hierarchy. Managers would talk poorly about employees in front of other employees. Managers would encourage other employees to make fun of their coworkers and speak poorly about those who were a little quirky. Not enough training. High expectations by managers for employees who were not trained properly. Employees and managers would pocket tips. Impossible to get a raise unless you were a part of the "in crowd" with the managers. Provided me with 2 shirts and I had to beg for a 3rd but would get scheduled 6 days in a row...
