Pay is pretty bad. Not a clear system for quite a bit of things.

(Regional and Upper) Management can be very condescending. Like any other job they put on a front and pretend to care about employees but when things get hard or there's a safety issue, they are no help at all. Once heard (Upper not store) management say that all Shift leads are over paid cashiers when there's clearly more work involved than regular crew. Of course they shifted gears when they called the shift leads into the room, but still left a bad taste in the mouth.
