Great Work Environment, Allows employees to be themselves

Cons

Higher ups, despite putting up a good show about caring about squad members, have repeatedly thrown them under the bus it terms of their money or employee's health. No Hazard Pay, Paper thin masks sent to stores, and ignoring obvious concern from Managers.

There are none. All jobs are part time except General Manager and they are salaried and don't show up half the time.

Cons

Most disingenuous company I've ever worked for. They talk alot about company culture but don't deliver. Management is allowed to harass and verbally assault employees and Hr doesn't respond or care about infractions as long as your manager has good numbers.
