1. There is a lot of cool people that work for MOD 2. They do have some helpful programs for people with employment/education barriers, although they seem to struggle with following through on some of them. 3. Encouraged to be you

Cons

MOD is great at portraying a culture of "people first", but the truth is, they are a company where a few are getting rich off the backs of thousands of low wage workers, taking advantage of people that have faced employment barriers. They'll work you to the bone for low wages until you're burnt out and quit. They are no different than any other corporation in America.
