      Pros

      development and stretch opportunities Being lean means less levels between IC and senior leaders so you can give feedback more directly. Purpose and people driven culture. Recently updated vacation policy that is much better than before.

      Cons

      Inconsistent leadership performance Some teams are extremely lean leading to burnout and being overworked. Pay is very average. Benefits are not very competitive.

      management talk to you like you're an idiot and expect you to put up with it, then cry that they cant keep anyone hired on. one manager in particular BRYCE likes to frequently vacation in vegas and hawaii and then brag to his minimum wage earning employees about it, cool for you bro I am on food stamps and will never own a home. Also let a heroin addict (sorry, I meant *manager) get away with verbally abusing employees and would frequently talk badly about the other stores and share private information about other employees.
