Relaxed environment with free food and drinks while working.

Cons

super under staffed and mismanaged! people no called no showed every day with out any consequences. An employee had no repercussions for being disrespectful and cussing out other crew members in front of customers, then throwing dishes in the back. when I asked the shift lead if she was going to do anything to stop him she said " you probably did something to make him get like that."I quit after that experience of harassment but encountered many similar situations of under qualified over worked managers and closed every shift. Our store couldn't keep people to stay and had over 12 people quit in the 4 months I worked there.

Great people to work with Great pay with tips averages 12.5-13 starting out depending on location Opportunity for raise/position change after just 2 months Lots of different support groups for different topics Lots of fundraisers for those in need Free meal per work day and 50% off any other day and at other locations

Cons

Lack of hours starting out If you are even just a little sick you have to stay home until you are symptom free for 24 hours. Whether its 1 week or 2 weeks.
