Laid back atmosphere and a fun place to work

Cons

No quality of life. Staffing is hard. Young people and the starting pay rate is not really competitive. Since pay is on the downside, you get what you get and that quality of work is subpar. Shift managers are typically younger and do not have the drive to be great because they too get a low hourly wage.

Cons

HR ignores complaints about management. Company reduced entire crews hours to part time so they don’t have to offer benefits.

The environment is fun and comfortable, all the coworkers get along well.

Cons

Management is no good. They seem to not care much for the company which makes it hard to work as a captain.
