Short staffing almost every week, management, inconsistent scheduling, a bit too much "secret shopper" stuff, some workplace drama, breaks sometimes get skipped over

Decent pay with tips, mostly good work environment, no piercing policy (yet), room to advance

Cons

Company frequently changes Policies without considering the needs of smaller stores. The company is going more corporate as they get ready to sell and the rampant confusion and miscommunications make it impossible to do your job correctly. The company heavily promotes based on favoritism instead of actual passion it skill. No standards, resulting in extremely poor and potentially unsafe product being served. As minimum wage increases, mod refuses to increase wages for current employees, turning the job from a great paying one into a minimum wage position
