- Flexible Scheduling - Sense of camaraderie among coworkers

Cons

- Can be overwhelming at times, especially Friday nights - Part-timers can sometimes have very few hours during slower periods of the year

Best part about working at mod, it's the people we touch. We are able to fill there stomachs and hearts. You can be you at Mod but with responsibility. Pay is good for a sit down, fast food spot.

Great to be a part of an emerging brand that also gives back to the community in such a profound way.

Cons

Developing brand lacked clear leadership in overall design - still working out the kinks. People in stores taken care of very well but people in corporate office were treated ok, depending on their role.
