Easy Free Pizza and Drinks. Must have at least 5 words.

Cons

Management is too preoccupied with micromanaging the squad members to take a reflexive look and work to solve issues stemming directly from the top. Cliques No accountability Treated like a disposable employee as a Squad member Rumor mills, lack of substantive effort to get things done from most people and no raises unless you work a year!!!! That's crazy to make minimum wage for a year busting your butt for a company. Retaliatory actions by management for being unable to work particular hours.
