      Pros

      Company culture is more relaxed and "fun", coworkers often had lots of energy making longer shifts repetitive tasks bearable, allowed staff to any drinks and one meal on days they worked

      Cons

      Positive culture highly dependent on management and staff, could fluctuate based on who worked at the time. Entry level job dealing with customers are never ideal

      Easy to move up. That's about it

      Cons

      The manager sucked, the company did nothing about it. Constantly being yelled at over the AMOUNT OF PIZZA TOPPINGS put on pizza even though you were putting what the customer wanted. Differing hours, one week you're working 40+, the next you're working 10.

      Exciting environment with lots of music and something different everyday!

      Cons

      Poorly managed with little to no oversight or accountability. Staff can get away with practically anything and not be held responsible. It's impossible to get fired from a MOD Pizza!
