      Poor organization, poor handling of sexual harassment at a higher level up the chain.

      Staff is very helpful, very supportive team

      Cons

      Corporate really doesn't care about the Team Members. We were promised glass screens to act as a shelter against customers but have yet to receive them. They didn't want to enforce mask for customers to protect employees, but then had to when it become a mandate

      Pros

      The atmosphere is fun, there's a real sense of community among workers, and the fast paced nature of the job is exciting. There is opportunity for advancement within the company they really prefer to hire from within.

      Cons

      The usual downsides to any corporate restaurant, they try to use corporate algorithms that don't necessarily meet the needs of the individual restaurant. This can be frustrating as someone who's trying to run the shift, without the necessary staff. Also the "culture" can be a little excessive, and sometimes predatory.
