A learning experience to say the least

Pros

Lots of diverse options for tasks at the job, hard to get bored unless you’re a slow store, very laid back environment. Very team oriented environment and I’ve never disliked a team I’ve worked with after 2-3 years of a few diff teams and locations and training new members.

Cons

It is common, I have observed, for that laid back demeanor of MOD to translate to managers who do not hold boundaries on their power. I’ve seen wage theft, tip theft, sexual harassment, sexual assault, and district managers that handle concerns raised with no tact and do not evaluate managers well enough. I’ve seen district managers sexually harass general managers too.

Awesome come as you are culture, good benefits, easy to move up if you really want to and put in the effort, still expanding company, I LOVE SPREADING MODNESS

Cons

Closing is a real bummer sometimes, depending on how busy the store you are at is, especially if you are short staffed and/or running on a skeleton crew... BIGGEST CON: that most stores after being open for a short time are pretty much cut down a skeleton crew (really bare bones at times at slower stores) or the bare minimum, I guess to maximize profit, but it really causes a lot of problems
