- Wonderful, kind and supportive staff - Great food, lots of variety - Extra money/ side hustle

Cons

Where do I even begin? - Rushes worse than Amazon Warehouses - Low pay and almost no tips - Exhausted after just 1-2 shifts - Scheduling conflicts - Tempe Marketplace awful to work - ^^^ Other locations easier

Pros

Overall working at MOD was a chill work environment. The jobs that needed to be done would be changed on a daily basis so you were never doing the same thing every shift.

Cons

10 minute rule- not sure if this is normal in food service as this was my first food service job but MOD has a strict 10 minute rule, where you must be clocked in and ready to work (hands washed, gloves, hair net) 10 minutes before it is stated on your schedule.
