Pros

I love working for a company that gives back, not only to the employees but also to the community. There are so many opportunities for growth with MOD, I've never felt more appreciated for my hard work. This place brings all types of people together and we become a family. I've been so blessed to meet the most wonderful people through MOD and I'm so thankful for the owners creating such a spectacular place that's definitely touched and changed my life for the better.

Cons

I can't really name a con because you learn from the cons to make your situation a better environment.

Work with awesome people and enjoy the ability to make decisions and take care of our customers. I have a lot of respect for our management team, they care about the employees and have our back when we need help.

Cons

It can get very busy, you need to know the menu.

Working at MOD is a real blessing for me because I am accepted for who I am and encouraged to be my authentic self! It's a joy to go to work each day genuinely excited to work hard, connect with customers, and serve some Bomb pizza! Living up to the MOD standard is what my life has become- it's all about putting others before yourself and having fun doing that! My manager treats me well and pushes me to be my very best! I can't recommend MOD enough because I am realizing more and more how much the company does care about its people, and I am following my dreams and enjoying the journey, with full support along the way (and a stomach full of seriously delicious pizza!)

Cons

I don't always get as many hours as I would like... But that's not a huge issue, that's just me wanting to be at MOD all the time because I love it!
