If you work hard this company notices your willingness to succeed and will help you achieve your goals. We're a family and it shows.

Cons

You have to work hard if you want to get better opportunities or get promoted. I don't know if that's a con.

Met some decent people working here Free food if if you are working

Cons

Managers use threats to get what they want Good luck getting a break. They don't follow state rules regarding breaks they determine your break based on labor percentage for the day I got promoted to a captain but I never even received a raise for it

Pros

Great people. We pretty much all got along and loved joking with each other. Relaxed atmosphere. You wear what you want (their t-shirt) and get to be yourself. Free pizza every shift and discounts when you're not working (50% off everything). Super flexible scheduling to fix your life and getting time off was easy.

Cons

Didn't pay enough. Manager made some empty promises. Rushes are intense and your manager determines how good or bad it will go. There was no retraining or good way to communicate something to everyone (all different shifts). Pretends to be a mom and pop shop but is making sacrifices of quality to expand (newly franchised).
