Pros

From the training to culture to pay this company does it all and backs up everything they preach. From the time I started to present day they've gone through with everything promised and then some. There is also generosity that goes on behind the scenes with staff and total strangers that I have never seen anywhere!

Operations Team uses Bullying Tactics

There aren't really any if you are on the operations team.

Cons

Operations management uses bullying tactics to get his way and supports management that does the same. I have been granted vacation two months prior to the date of vacation and multiple times once the date comes they force me to change my ticket or ask my why I am leaving which I am pretty sure is illegal. The people who tend to think Mod is amazing are the ones who would have had no opportunities else where. The also love acting as my alarm clock and regularly call me at inappropriate hours about non emergency issues. They also promise promotions and then don't follow through.

They do offer a relaxed image standard with no drug testing. If you are liked by the executive management staff you can move up quickly in the company with little experience or education.

Cons

The executive management for operations employs such tactics as intimidation and the silent treatment. You are often required to work seven days a week.
