Pros

Seemed like a good place when the location first opened and I started working there, all too soon they had a change of managers and captains that should never be allowed to work in that position. Free food benefit was nice.

Cons

Really bad manager transferred to this location. All hours were given to managers and captains with little left for other employees. Punishment tasked were doled out to those who were not favored. Entire crew was threatened to be written up for mistakes made by one or a few.

A VERY unpleasant experience

Pros

A free pizza every shift. I made some lifelong friends with people I met here. Tips are decent

Cons

I left because the bullying and mistreatment became too much. A manager outright asked me if I was mentally ill and I was shamed for having diagnosed depression and OCD. I was sexually harassed and had very rude things shouted at me in front of customers. About 90% of people working at my store were just out of prison or had done serious crimes in the past. The atmosphere was VERY cliquey like high school. Being a college student with no criminal history, I was treated like an ‘other’ and continually reminded I was different. Anyone who tried at this job were unfairly given more responsibilities instead of having lazier people pick up their slack. Not everyone followed rules regarding health safety. My class schedule wasn’t always taken seriously. Very few to no benefits. Minimum wage, raises are very small and rare. The company is very strict about labor so it was difficult to get more shifts of extra money. I worked at 3 different stores and most everything I described applied to each one. Employees are treated like numbers not people. If you’re a college student just needing some money, there are MUCH better places
