HR is a joke since a manager being passive aggressive isn’t against code of conduct (yet the entire staff cries weekly and has anxiety attacks where they can’t go into work?? Cute.) if you’re sick, you still must work... just from home. You’re always chasing the sun and being reactive than proactive using methods from the 90s rather than being progressive. They underpay you because they’re a “second chance employer” although you may not be a second chance employee (no criminal history and a college graduate?). Their creative individuality and culture give you a “great place to work” so enjoy the small paycheck. Oh, and insurance- don’t expect them to contribute. You can be paying a few hundred a month on your premiums. Oh, and let’s not talk about labor laws.... California being the worst in violations but you can find them being broken in just about every state. Let’s hope someone with money doesn’t find a lawyer to discuss that with soon.

Upper management is out of control. They will not only micro-manage the talented people out the door but are known for unprofessional comments and accusations of not only the general managers but their squad.
