Pros

Day to day duties are not difficult. The atmosphere can be fun.

Cons

They preach a culture of inclusiveness, yet they discriminate against people & their HR dept turns a blind eye, enabling the managers to continue retaliating against employees who report them. There's just no trusting this employer.

Free meal per shift, free beverages, decent pay for the area, free milkshake for every positive yelp review you're mentioned in.

Cons

Extreme nepotism, absolutely no support from upper management, no benefits, minimal training.

Pros

Free food; Easy to understand job functions; Stable hours...for me at least; Pays good for a pizza place.

Cons

Store is usually understaffed; Most management are from the prison and a numbers of them carrying that prison attitude with them; Management play a lot of favoritism and micromanage those they don't like to the grind, and on top of that, they resort to threats a lot; There's not one single moment where everyone are happy during any time of the day.
