      Pros

      Morse was a great place to take ownership of work while being able to work on cool projects. There’s a lot of room to grow and have a lasting impact on the company. The culture is also very chill and hardworking with everyone being able easy and fun to talk to.

      Cons

      Sometimes work can get more than expected and not having any remote days as a coop is rough.
