      Pros

      A great place to get exposed to a lot of different technologies. I would recommend MORSE to someone who's hungry to try new tech and develop new skills (both technical and non-technical). Management does recognize and reward initiative.

      Cons

      Hyper fast pace environment. There's a tradeoff for the opportunities offered and the compensation. MORSE, like most companies, wont dish out for people trying to explore new technologies but they will welcome people who are itching to try something new. Its a different story if you're coming in as a specialist.
