Pros
- Very dynamic group of people; extremely brilliant people are doing a lot of good work here - Fairly work hard, play hard; you'll get stuff done and then enjoy yourself afterwards - There's a lot of cool problems you get to tackle - Potential for growth is limitless - Strong belief in their mission - Transparent to their employees about what senior management is planning
Cons
- You won't talk too much about your work, but that's sort of a given here - not really a con, but you'll have to advocate and drive for yourself; this place might not be great for followers or those who want to keep their head down - salaries tend to lowball a bit, which might be a concern if you're new - in-office is highly encouraged, so if you're remote-biased then it might be more difficult - I personally felt like workplace politics were pretty strong here, so if you're not a fan of negotiating those you might find some issues
