If you want to make money this is the place. Easily can make over 100k a year if you’re motivated

Cons

While they will sell a great story and convince you that you’re saving the world just remember in 2015 they laid off every operator, broke a Union and paid bonuses to all executive management. If you don’t think that won’t happen again because they got it right this time, watch it out then. Everyone should collectively bargain for everything and it in writing for the possible future.
