Pros
The culture is great, the people are what make the difference between a sometimes hard job in an ever-changing industry worth it or not. Free lunch once a week and a stocked drink kitchen are nice perks. Building relationships with clients is also very rewarding, you feel like you're genuinely helping people.
Cons
The communication isn't great between departments and it's hard to picture upward growth within the company, which is something that's boasted about often.
