      I feel extremely fortunate to be working for MassPay. They really care about their staff and show their appreciation for everyone here. They work hard to make a difference in the community as well. The culture here is quite impressive!

      Pros

      Best company I have worked for in my 20+ year career. It is a culture of hard work while having fun and giving the clients great service. Management supports you and allows you to have a voice. It is very rare to find a company that has the values that MassPay prides itself on.

      Cons

      No real cons to bring up. The company has been growing rapidly and the employees have to adjust to change. It hasn't been a con but it keeps everyone on their toes.

      My career at MassPay has been a life-changing experience. The dedication, support and opportunity that they provide for their employees is unlike that of any other company I've worked for. As they've grown, they've stayed true to their culture and values and continue to be the best company I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      No negatives; Employees just need to be willing to embrace change and growth as the company continues to evolve. MassPay is very transparent, so employees always know what's going on and what to expect next.
