The work/life balance here was fantastic. The schedule works well for anyone with a family and management are generally willing to work with you if you need time off. The career growth opportunities are just as generous. MPHI has its pros and cons but in my humble opinion the pros far outweigh the cons.

Cons

The atmosphere was a little too professional at times. I like to engage in more friendly interactions with my coworkers and spend time together outside of work and I just wasn’t able to find that here.
