      Pros

      This is a company that takes pride in its family-like atmosphere. They promote teamwork and collaboration and regularly hold outings so that the team can bond outside of the work environment. MPHI goes above and beyond to ensure that all employees understand that they’re part of a larger family and that we’re all united in working toward one shared goal.

      Cons

      I had my reasons for leaving, but none of them are worth mentioning on a site like this. MPHI is a great company to work for and I enjoyed my time here.

      Pros

      Came here looking for a job that would pay the bills and keep a roof over my head. Ended up falling in love with my job. It’s a task focused environment with no office politics and a friendly atmosphere. There are many opportunities to learn something new and develop new skills to make you a more marketable professional.

      Cons

      Management takes a hands-off approach that doesn’t work well with individuals who need more hand holding every time there’s a new project or task.

      Pros

      Come in. Prove that you’re a good worker. Get promoted. It really is that easy. If you think you’re going to fly under the radar doing the bare minimum you’re going to struggle. If you come with a positive mindset and a good work ethic than you should do really well. I’ve only been here for a few months but I feel I’m already on track for a promotion. It’s all about applying yourself and being reliable.

      Cons

      None. Everyone here is a hard worker and takes care of their stuff. I get help whenever I need it and I’m trusted to do the work I was hired on to do.
