      Pros

      I know one thing for certain. MPHI knows how to cater to their staff. There are many opportunities to take advantage of at any given point during the year. They stock refreshments like tea and coffee. There’s ample break time so you never feel like you’re being overworked. Management will go out of their way to acknowledge hard workers. Maybe it’s a strategy to reduce turnover. Maybe they’re genuinely trying to connect with their workforce. Whatever the case, I like it and I hope to see more of it.

      Training is good but it could be better.

      Pros

      This company will keep you engaged from the moment you show up to the moment you leave. There’s always something to work on. Teamwork is a big part of succeeding on a project. If you’re not a people person you’ll need to learn to work well with others. Sure, some employees are lazier than others but most of the staff thankfully have good work ethic.

      Cons

      The commute to work sucks. I hate driving in traffic.

      Pros

      I’ve been working here for over a year and I’ve found colleagues, managers and the leadership in general to all be helpful and friendly. It felt like I was working with family. And like with any family you’re going to occasionally butt heads but at the end of the day you always make up and continue to love each other.

      Cons

      If a funder decides to cut their funding, it can screw people over. I’ve seen it happen before.
