      Pros

      MPHI provides an ample work environment for you to work and think. Expectations are reasonable and you will always know where you stand in the company. Best place I’ve worked at to date. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MPHI to any of my family and friends. I fully intend on staying here for the foreseeable future though I admit I’ll probably move on at some point to progress my career forward.

      If you come with a plan you shouldn’t have any cons.

      Pros

      Not exactly sure what to write here except for the fact that this was exactly the job as it was described. It gave me everything I was looking for. No more. No less. It’s great for what it is but don’t come to MPHI looking for the holy grail. When it’s all said and done it’s still just a job that pays the bills. As long as you keep your expectations out of the clouds you’ll have nothing to worry about.

      Needs better compensation for the level of experience/education staff are required to bring to the table.

      Pros

      One of the better jobs I’ve ever had. It’s contract work but it’s plentiful, especially over the past year. I’ve worked a number of jobs over the past few years. This one has been the most stable. The management have been taking real good care of me. I can only speak from my experience but if you’re thinking about working at MPHI, do it. They go above and beyond for their employees.

      Cons

      As it typically goes there’s some workplace politics.
