      Many benefits to encourage employees to maintain their health as well as work/life balance.

      The campus can be difficult to navigate.

      Pros

      The employees at MPHI are great and so are the health benefits. Also nice having access to a free company gym.

      Cons

      Everything is based on the grants funding which can be stressful if your department doesn't have enough funding. You pretty much work entirely for MDHHS doing their undesired work and they expect you to do more than they pay you to do. Also a very slow-pace, quiet work environment.

      Pros

      I was lucky enough to work with a wonderful group of people, and I'm thankful to have had the opportunity to be placed with individuals who are really interested in your future, and willing to help you exceed.

      Cons

      There are individuals who have no business being in charge of others, and persons who think they can bully others into what they want them to do. Also, CEO is no longer Jeff Taylor-- although I heard he was awesome.
