      Pros

      There are several centers within MPHI. Some have better environments than others, due to the leadership and long-time staff members. MPHI-CHC is an extremely flexible, compassionate, and kind place to work within. The option to work fully remote is a huge plus. Pay is fair and the corporate 3-5% bonus as well as annual review bonuses help incentivize the work. The pace of work and client base is better than most non-profit settings I've worked in. The company also offers access to an onsite fitness facility, subscriptions to wellness activities, and appreciation events several times a year.

      Cons

      Pay could be higher, but the benefits of working for a laid back, inclusive, and flexible hours company makes up for it,
