Good benefits, nice offices, and lots of nice people.

Cons

I believe that the work experience at this non-profit varies considerably by project and office. I worked in the main office in Okemos, where several of us were working hard chasing the often changing whims of the executive leadership team. There seemed to be a lot of turnover and frustration while I was there.

Cons

Many of the positions require staff to work in downtown Lansing at Michigan Department of Community Health versus in the more easily accessabile Okemos office.
