Come and go as I please No real structure No job performance tracking Sleep on the job Shop on the job Able to wear tacky and un appropriate clothing to work . As long as I have a coat over my outfit when I get up. Or just don't get up at all. If your caught asleep management will tell you to "chug a redbull" . Work from home every Friday because they don't check who's breaking that rule. Easy to file FMLA as long as you can make it to 1 year ! But you don't even have to know how to do your job .. so even better ! If your from dnow you have the upper hand with management.

Poor management Salary kept for more than 2 years for all team menbers No work balance Tasks duties added every fortnight or monthly and people trying to find the way to delegate work to keep up
