Pros
Real people, who really care about what they do. (People below management) Very very few good managers that care about their jobs.
Cons
Let me pull a laundry list. Harassment when using the restroom. (Don't worry, it was reported & nothing was done) Almost killing a pregnant woman working in the Texas heat. (And yes something (management)was done about it, but SUPER slowly) Any pay raises? You basically have to beg for it & if they do, don't expect 1 ,2, 3, 4, 5 dollar raise, oh no, cents. They give you a cent raise. And not .25 or .50 or .75. oh no, not even .10. Yes you guessed it single digit raises. Management, NO ACCOUNTABILITY. All finger pointing. Oh did I say they don't pay well?
