Pros

Access to industry leasing products from top manufacturers in valve automation industry. Good base pay for outside sales with ample opportunities to drive commissions pay. Strong supply chain, strategic branch locations in territory, growth mindset.

Cons

Management slow to act on throughly researched and vetted business development recommendations from outside sales personnel. No raises for several years now…A huge logjam of upper management, executives, and otherwise senior members that truly need to accept retirement or step aside.

Factions within each department. Ineffective Communication within internal departments. Anyone below Director level does not receive stock or bonuses. No pay raises for my tenure...
