Good benefits, easy to request time off, but stressful job.

The pay and benefits were great. Getting time off was easy. Had a really good boss who was always a phone call away.

Cons

It is a busy place to work. The company is more advanced than other supply houses in the area so getting up to speed took a lot of time. I wish I had received more training to help me.

Everyone is very nice and friendly. There is a lot of freedom. Not a lot of micromanagement. Great benefits.

Cons

Low pay compared to other companies in the same industry. Very little training. Not much employee appreciation. Commission is based on a regional performance rather than individual performance.
