Mod shop director tries to act as a buffer to soften the office politics between the mod shop and other departments in MRC.

Cons

There is so much in fighting, finger pointing and blame between sales groups, fabrication shop, and engineering that actual work grinds on slowly and unproductively. I started looking for a new role after 2 months with MRC.
