Cliquish to the point of not receiving the pay, respect and acknowledgement you deserve for working hard. Easily overlooked.

Pros

Compensation and Benefits were good although difficult to get set up correctly.

Cons

Management is not organized and does not communicate. HR is not partnering with field management to ensure onboarding of new employees is completed accurately. Warehouses are not run consistently and it's a free-for-all at each location. You have to hope that you get a good manager and then they share them between locations so standards are not met. Tons of turnover due to poor onboarding and training.
