Benefits, and some good people working at MRC Meaning the average worker

Cons

Management is so out of touch with the average Grunt meaning non management employee Warehouse worker Automation, Shipping and Receiving Pipe Yard Employees that is what happens when you get so big and forget about the average worker other then Management 2% percent merit pay is an insult to all the Employees all they worry about is to make sure the ShareHolders get there cut and Management get there perks also
