Pros

MRC is a place to gain some experience in the oil and gas industry and then move on. This organization is the land of nepotism and low paying salaries. I had two roles while at MRC (one corporate function and one as a regional sales role), highly recommend the corporate roles over the branch ISR roles.

Pay was good and had some really good and experienced people in the company. They just aren't in the right positions to make the best decisions for the company.

Cons

Poor training, computer system, and management doesn't listen to employees with their vast experience and knowledge unless they have a title.
