Great co-workers, wonderful benefits and RRSP contributes

Kept changing management, most came in and changed a lot of processes and procedures before getting to know WHY the original ones were in place. It's demeaning to the people who have worked there a long time. Also - compensation was lacking!

Company will pay you as per your performances, good performance? good salary next year.

Cons

Company will see not only past performance, but future plan. Even you have a fantastic performance the year, but report negative plan for next year, you can be fired. In additions, Great performance will return small bonus to you, and company will take most. the company share the negative sales volume to all the regions, even your team and your office achieve the KPI the year, it is up to the other branches performances whether you will get the Bonus or laid off.
